What I’m most interested in is your group’s success. For that, you need your people aligned, you need clarity on where you’re going and you need everyone energized and focused on the right steps to get there.

That’s where I come in. I blend expertise in visual facilitation with mediation skills to design and deliver strategic meetings that increase engagement, productivity and ownership for results waaaaay beyond traditional meetings. It just so happens that when your group can see their ideas, the quality of their contributions goes up. Where there are difficult team dynamics, I have the skills to deal those too.

I’ve got 15 years of experience under my belt. I’ve got tons of facilitation training, I’ve mentored others, I’ve written 3 best practice guides, contributed to 2 anthologies on visual meetings and I am pioneering the field of visual mediation (http://bigtimevisual.com/). This means I have a bottomless basket of creative, effective ways to get your group down to hard core business. I create a meeting environment where people can do their best thinking, gain new insights and strengthen relationships with their colleagues. With visual facilitation, your team can see that their time is being spent productively. When the meeting is over, you have a meaningful record of the thinking and decisions that you can put into action.

I’ve been supporting pivotal strategic dialogue for corporations, non-profit organizations and government agencies in a wide range of industries for over seven years. I am a volunteer director on the board of a non-profit organization, which develops and operates affordable housing, so I understand first-hand the boardroom perspective. I’m also a partner in a real estate development company, and I know what it means to navigate the ups and downs in business.
